Latitude Episode 70: Engineer For Hire

Podcast

Startups may need engineers. But they may not be able to bring them on full time, or they don’t have a full plate of projects for them to feed their engineering hunger.

That’s why Dan Buckmaster started Tresca, a startup aimed at providing engineering services for other startups. Dan is a New Jersey native who attended the University at Buffalo and decided to make roots in the Queen City. He’s an example of a changing narrative where so many people once left Buffalo for business, but are now planting their flag and building their companies in WNY.

In this episode we talk to Dan about helping other startups solve their engineering problems, being a young startup founder and why he chose the path of entrepreneurship in Buffalo when he could have left.
