BUFFALO, NY – April 24, 2019 – 43North’s “Latitude” podcast, in which host and 43North Director of Content Nate Benson interviews entrepreneurs, investors, and community leaders from Buffalo’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and from across North America, is about to hit a major milestone – its 100th episode. To celebrate, 43North will hold a live taping of Latitude on Monday, April 29 at 5:30 p.m. at dig at the Innovation Center, 640 Ellicott Street in Buffalo.

The free event will feature a conversation with Joe Neiman and Dan Magnuszewski, two of the founders of ACV Auctions, a 43North portfolio company that is revolutionizing the wholesale auto auction industry. They will share their story of creating ACV Auctions in 2014; growing the company to have hundreds of employees in Buffalo and across the U.S.; and attracting significant investment from some of the nation’s most prominent venture capital firms. There will also be complimentary beer from longtime 43North supporter Flying Bison and light food. To register to attend, visit www.43north.org/events.

Thanks to Western New York-based guests like Jordan Levy, Bill Maggio, Eric Reich, Dr. Norma Nowak, and Marnie LaVigne, and guests from outside the region, like Chris Heivly (co-founder of MapQuest and vice president of innovation at Techstars), Somak Chattopadhyay (managing partner of Armory Square Ventures) and Noa Simons (executive director of the Upstate Capital Association of New York), Latitude has grown into one of the most popular sources for information about startups in Buffalo. Since its launch in March of 2017, Latitude has had more than 20,000 downloads in 98 countries and 49 U.S. states.
