What I do: As the man behind the camera(s), I am responsible for directing and producing the video content you see on our social media channels, website, and events like 43North Finals. Additionally, I offer my services to our entire portfolio and partners.

Superpower at 43North: Intellectual curiosity and synthesizer of information.

What I do: I maintain a pulse on the critical needs across our portfolio, ensuring that 43North serves as a force multiplier for founders during the program and as they scale their companies through later stages of growth.

Superpower at 43North: Creativity & an eye for design

What I do: As Art Director, I oversee the visual style of 43North and bring the brand to life. From producing content to asking the marketing team questions like “is that our font?,” I ensure all creative projects are aligned and publish-ready.

Superpower at 43North/Compass: Multifaceted shapeshifter

What I do: Long title short, I spearhead all things 43North Compass. I strategize, oversee and execute all of Forge Buffalo’s marketing efforts, including the website, weekly email,  social media, events, ads, and more. And if that’s not enough, I lend the 43North marketing team a hand when needed.

What I do: As president of 43North, I have the gift of leading an organization that is making a visible and trusted impact on the Buffalo region. Each day, I have a front-row seat to watch and support dedicated founders, partners, and our community who are collectively building a generational impact on the Buffalo region through the growth of our startup and tech ecosystem.

What I Do: I’m a utility player. I support internal operations cross-functionally, develop and lead new processes, advise our portfolio companies, and leverage my background and network to create a menu of resources for our teams.

What I do: At 43North, I identify and recruit early-stage companies that have the potential to grow in Buffalo and with Buffalo.

Superpower at 43North: Grandmaster of hyper-local experiences (and fun)

What I do: As the event planner for 43North, taking care of all the logistics from our weekly Bagel Tuesday to Finals Week events – all with only 3% phone battery. I also help plan and manage community events and help our portfolio companies fall in love with Buffalo by creating experiences that showcase the best of our city!

What I do: As CFO, I focus on overseeing our annual financial statement audit, tax preparation process, all accounting processes, and monitoring cash flows.

Superpower at 43North: Attentive to the details

What I do: I am the process queen of 43North. I manage grant compliance and submissions, implement process improvements and oversee the payables and operational procedures, and provide accounting consulting to our Portfolio companies.

What I do: Adept at working collaboratively, my role involves identifying and connecting with organizations and individuals that align with our mission, fostering collaboration opportunities, and ensuring our portfolio companies receive the support and resources they need to thrive.
