Latitude Episode 45: Venture, Angel or ICO?

Podcast

It’s raining money. Well, not really. Most startups have to get creative with equity deals and source various rounds of funding to get off the ground. So how do you decide which route is best for your startup? Should you approach VC’s, Angel groups, friends and family? Or should you consider doing an ICO, or initial coin offering – that blockchain thing?

This week on the podcast we chat with business attorney Andrea HusVar. She works closely with startups getting off the ground and regularly provides expertise to help startups determine which route of funding they should take. This Fullbright scholar has years of experience in big corporate dealings and has now shifted focus on aiding the blossoming startup scene in WNY.
