VISITING 43 NORTH FOR THE FIRST TIME?

43North is located on the 24th floor of Seneca One. Below is the building address and helpful tips for parking and finding your way inside.

Address:
1 Seneca Street, FL 24

Parking Directions

The Seneca One parking garage is located at 50 Exchange Street. On the third level, there is a bridge that will take you directly to Seneca One’s East entrance at the rear of the building. Once you’re over the bridge, enter the building on the right (if you’ve reached the Metro Rail, you’ve gone too far).

Once inside the building, you will see elevators on your left, or you can keep walking straight to the escalators. Take either up to the lobby level.

Street parking is also available around the perimeter of the building. Please note that you do have to pay during certain times of the day. Payments can be made through the Buffalo Roam app (check the sign near your parking spot for the zone #).
